2. Vice-Rector: Meritorious teacher, Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Trieu Son

Duties: Be in charge of Assets Management, Land Clearing Work, Constructing and Repairing, Order and Security, Environmental Sanitation.
Manage General administration office, Assets Management Office, and Dormitory Management Office.
